Refund policy

Thank you for using SlyCards — a productivity tool that connects your Miro boards with Jira or Monday.com to streamline task management and team collaboration.

We want you to be satisfied with your experience. Please read our refund policy carefully.

  1. Free Trial

    We offer a free trial period (if available) so you can evaluate the product before making a purchase.

    • You are encouraged to test all core features during the trial.
    • No charges will be made unless you explicitly subscribe to a paid plan after the trial ends.
  2. Monthly Subscriptions

    If you are not satisfied with SlyCards after subscribing to a monthly plan, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment.

    Refund eligibility:

    • Refunds only apply to the first payment on a new subscription.
    • Renewals and recurring monthly charges are non-refundable.
    • After 7 days, all monthly payments are final and non-refundable.
  3. Annual Subscriptions

    If you subscribed to an annual plan, you may request a pro-rated refund within 14 days of the initial purchase.

    • We will refund the unused portion of your subscription, calculated based on full unused months.
    • After 14 days, all annual payments are final.
  4. Refund Process

    To request a refund:

    • Email us at slycardscom@gmail.com with your account email and reason for the request.
    • Our support team will respond within 3 business days.
    • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  5. Ineligible Refunds

    We do not issue refunds under these conditions:

    • You forgot to cancel before your renewal date.
    • You didn’t use the app but had access.
    • You encountered issues caused by third-party services (e.g., Miro/Jira API downtime).
    • You violated our Terms of Use.
  6. Chargebacks

    If you dispute a payment (chargeback) without contacting our support team first, we reserve the right to suspend your account and deny future service until the matter is resolved.

  7. Changes to This Policy

    We may update this Refund Policy occasionally. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
